Description
A pull lift (lever hoist) drawn in side elevation with the lever handle, gear housing, load chain and top and bottom swivel hooks shown. Pull lifts are the rigger's tool for tensioning and short lifting pulls where a chain block won't fit or the pull isn't vertical.
Use it on rigging studies, lifting arrangements, and mechanical installation methodology drawings – typically anchored to a lifting lug or beam clamp with the load hook on the item being drawn into position. Pairs with the chain block, chain and hoist blocks on this site. A free AutoCAD DWG file.
