Description
A tree in plan view (Type 44) – an open canopy of scattered individual leaf clusters with no enclosing outline, letting the ground plane show through the whole crown. Airier than the solid-outline types, it reads as fine-foliage species like jacarandas and silver birches.
Use it over paving and garden beds where underlying setout must stay visible, and for light-canopy street trees. The solid and stippled types in this site's tree family cover denser species. A free AutoCAD DWG download for landscaping drawings.
