ABOUT: A free library of CAD blocks, symbols and construction details in DWG format – free for personal and commercial use, with no registration. Files are saved in licensed AutoCAD and supplied in DWG format, so they open in almost any version of AutoCAD or other DWG-compatible CAD software. Most blocks are screened and cleaned: a PURGE and AUDIT is run, and blocks are drawn full size (1:1) on layer 0 with colors and linetypes set to ByBlock or ByLayer, inserting at 0,0,0 – so each one drops straight into your drawing and adopts its layer standards.

These simple details will be useful in any DWG compatible CAD software package. While we have created these drawings in AutoCAD, they are compatible for use in other CAD and BIM software.
