Description
Two sheets of domestic wet-area waterproofing details for bathrooms, drawn to Australian practice under AS 3740 and BCA Volume 2, part 3.8.1. The set works through the common situations in one place: shower over bath on both timber/particleboard and concrete floors, unenclosed and enclosed shower recesses, a waterproofed bathroom doorway, and preformed shower bases on both floor types – each with the membrane extents, upstand heights, tile-junction and floor-waste treatment fully called up.
A block of wet-area notes covers the standards, wall linings, sealant and radius requirements, so the sheets double as a specification you can adapt rather than write from scratch. Use them as a reference standard on renovation and new-build bathroom documentation.
