Description
A pipe material schedule for hydraulic and mechanical services, drawn as a ready-to-edit table that specifies, for each service, the pipe or tube material, fittings, jointing method and any approved alternative. It covers the full range of building services runs – domestic cold, hot and hot-water-return; chilled water and condensate; DX refrigeration; soil, waste and vent; trade waste; LPG gas; and stormwater – with the material set out by pipe size (for example copper Class B, uPVC pressure and sewer pipe, and BI).
Drop it onto a hydraulic or mechanical drawing as the project pipe-material standard, then edit the rows to match your specification and local plumbing code rather than building the table from scratch. Notes cover full-bore uPVC discharge temperature and corrosion protection for buried copper.
