Description
A typical wall detail (type W2) drawn at 1:10, covering the window head and sill junctions and the eaves for an acoustically upgraded external wall. The window details show LVL lintels, head and sill flashings, hardwood reveals and double-glazed aluminium frames set into a wall re-lined with Bradford Soundscreen R2.5 batts, 13mm Gyprock Fyrchek and Shadowclad Ultra Groove cladding on a permeable wrap and cavity battens; the eaves detail shows the Lysaght Spandek roof edge, fascia, flashing and marine-ply soffit lining.
