Description
A ductwork construction schedule for HVAC sheet-metal ducting, drawn as a ready-to-edit table that sets the fabrication standard by duct size. For each range of the longest side (up to 300, 300 to 900, and 900 to 1500) it gives the sheet-metal thickness, maximum duct length, whether the duct faces are cross-creased for stiffness, and the permitted jointing method – lap and rivet, pocket and tail, bolted angle flanges, or a proprietary commercial flanged system – each shown with a small joint symbol. A bends panel shows 90° with turning vanes and a sweep bend at R = 2D.
Drop it onto a mechanical drawing as the project ductwork standard, then edit the rows to suit your specification; the notes call up galvanised or Zincalume steel and refer variations to the engineer.
